Trump Hollywood Opens

Real estate mogul Jorge Perez along with Donald Trump, Jr. hosted a media luncheon to introduce the opening of Trump Hollywood, the latest development by The Related Group and Trump.

Guest at the luncheon included, interior designer Tui Pranich, Alicia Cevera, Rosa Sugrañas, Susanne Birbragher, George Yabu and Glenn Pushelberg, Florida International magazine publisher Esther Jackson, Jean Francois Roy from Ocean Land Investments, Selecta magazine's Michael Bulnes, and Social Miami.com publisher Aaron Glickman.

Friday’s tastings included savory lamb chops, sea bass and risotto and tour was concluded with mini massages, anti-oxidant shots, fresh fruit, sweets and coffee.

The 40 stories, Trump Hollywood, includes comfortably grand spaces occupy the lobby and mezzanine levels--a library and private dining room, handsome club room with billiards table, and a screening room with reclining cinema seating encourage abundance and leisure. The approximately 4,000-square-foot spa and fitness center, yoga studio and treatment rooms complete first floor offerings. One floor up, in the mezzanine level, there’s a private wine cellar in which owners can purchase individual storage for their collections, an intimate cigar room, and a sunrise bistro offering daily continental breakfast overlooking the ocean.

The elevated beach side pool deck with a series of fountains stretching to the ocean features an infinity edge pool, two spas, a reflecting pool and a pool side café. Pool side cabanas as well as two levels of beachfront cabanas available for resident purchase complete the outdoor oasis at Trump Hollywood. Across the street, three Tremor Athletic Coasting tennis courts and a fourth multipurpose court overlook the Intracoastal Waterway.
