It's not confirmed, but it seems Charlie's Angels, the TV drama show is coming to film in Miami. The show, executive produced by actress Drew Barrymore, will get picked up, after spending more than a month in our city filming the ABC pilot.

The pilot is full of action and used our city as a backdrop, including Ocean Drive, Downtown Miami, and Wynwood, where they rented an empty warehouse and as a production home.

The show will star hardly famous actors Minka Kelly , Rachael Taylor and Annie Ilonzeh. Bosley will be played by Ramon Rodriguez who was just in the movie hit, Battle: Los Angeles. One plus for Rodriguez was his car on the show, a Maserati from The Collection. Nice perk!!!

The Hangover sequel to shoot in Miami

It looks like the Hangover 2 might be coming to film part, if not most of the movie here in South Florida. Shooting will begin in the fall of 2010 with a release date for Memorial Day weekend 2011 . Preliminary cast includes original members from the first movie Bradley Cooper, Zach Galifianakis, Ed Helms and Heather Graham. Zac Efron has also been rumored to be part of the new cast.

Recently at an awards show, Zac Efron was asked if he would be interested and he said "haven't got that call yet...That would be amazing" Efron smiled, "I think that they're amazing and I love the cast that they've got going on."

Director for the movie Todd Phillips, a Warner Brother's production, has been working on the script for the sequel, and that the movie was to film in Thailand. Seems that route has shifted to Miami after the craziness of Super Bowl. Lesley Abravanel's blog reported that Zach Galifianakis has had dinner at Michael's Genuine Food & Drink in Miami's Design District a few times already...Could it really be?
