The farewell of the Perrier-Jouet Bubble Q is leaving in grand style with more than 2,500 to witness delicious bbq from some of the best chefs around. Today Show host Al Roker brought his famous chicken bbq, Bobby Flay made his pork Cuban-style with a Caja China (Chinese box), and Top Chef Michael Symon made beef brisket on a bed of creamy polenta.
All chef received a custom, limited edition signed, Romero Britto Perrier-Jouet bottle. Nice to see many local celeb chef's Sean Brasel from Meat Market, and Chef Dewey from The Forge.
