Music artist Fito Paez comes to the 25th Miami International Film Festival , but this time as a movie director of "De Quien es el Portaligas". At the press conference this afternoon at the Royal Palm hotel on South Beach, MIFF director Patrick de Bokay greets Fito Paez. The North American premiere is tonight at the Colony Theater.
