A GLAMOROUS NIGHT 25 STORIES ABOVE THE CITY: LEVEL 25 CELEBRATES GRAND OPENING

Level 25, Conrad Miami’s luxurious new dining and entertainment destination, was the scene for a fabulous cocktail party that celebrated the launch of the exciting new flowing space, which offers several different venues for enjoyment – restaurant, bar and private dining room, along with one of the city’s most spectacular views, 25 stories up.

DJ Le Spam and the Spam All Stars electrified the VIP crowd which included such luminaries as Julian Chang (who designed the classically chic uniforms worn by Level 25 staff), Allison Spear, socialites Danny and Merle Weiss, project architect Bill Johnson, among others Guests enjoyed chef Michael Gilligan’s tantalizing cuisine; which ranged from pintxos from The Bar including foie gras and goat cheese empanadas, Tasmanian salmon tartare, whitefish tiradito and a fabulous raw bar featuring steamed mussels, stone crab claws and jumbo shrimp, to more substantial fare served in stations including lavender dusted rack of lamb, lobster roll and pan seared citrus salted ostrich loin and risotto, among other items. Champagne, wine and specialty cocktails including The Bar signature drinks: the Brickelltini, the Blue Kiss and raspberry mojitos flowed all night, while the evening was perfect for stepping out onto Level 25’s terrace and enjoying the night air along with incredible views of the city below. Guest included designer Julian Chang, Daisy Olivera, Alison Spear, John Hood, Lesley Abravanel, Lisa Cole, Dan and Merle Weiss and other of Miami's socialites.
