Common Thread benefit dinner at Area 31

Area 31 restaurant inside the Epic Hotel hosted charity dinner for Common Threads, a program that teaches young kids to eat healthier by showing them how to prepare meals.

Chef Kris Wessel of Red Light District, Chef Sean Brasel of Meat Market and Chef E. Michael Reidt from Area 31 were in charge of preparing the dinner. Guest included Anne Owen and Brandon Grant from Miami Modern Luxury, Karen Ven, Mimi Chacin, local director for Common Treads and Epic General Manager, Joe Schwingler.

Gloria and Emilio Estefan visited ZUMA inside the EPIC Hotel and Residences in downtown Miami. The popular London chain serves up nontraditional Japanese Izakaya-style cuisine and also has restaurants in Dubai, Hong Kong, and Istanbul.
