Food Network presented a dance party and The Best Thing I Ever Ate paired up with local celebrities like Romero Britto, Paul Castronovo, Dwayne Wade, Debi Mazar, and Bethenny Frankel at the South Beach Wine and Food Festival.

Entertainment for the night was provided by Miami's disco legends KC and the Sunshine Band. Frontman Harry (KC) Casey told the crowd

"What the hell happened??? Take a good look at me because this is what Justin Timberlake will look like in 30 years"

making the crowd laugh and then performing his many hits.

SBWFF 2011 COVERAGE: Michael Symon wins Burger Bash

Chef Michael Symon won for the 2nd year the 2011 South Beach Wine and Food Festival's Burger Bash hosted by Rachael Ray.

More than 2,500 hungry burger enthusiast enjoyed burgers from over 25 restaurants and chefs including Simply Delicioso's Ingrid Hoffman, Morimoto, El Mago de las Fritas, Michael's Genuine and our favorite Shake Schack.

All washed down with an ice cold Amstel Light or Figi Water.
